All our beds are manufactured in the UK. Our manufacturing sites in Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria operate to the highest standards.

Quality is key throughout the manufacturing process. The Quality Assurance department is based at the Barnoldswick site and is home to a team of experienced QA professionals. They ensure that everything, from raw materials to finished product, is tested in strict accordance with British (BS) European (EN) and International (ISO) standards and that these are 'fit for purpose' conforming to the industry's legal and safety requirements.

The Silentnight Group is the only bed manufacturer in the UK with its own laboratory, equipped to test its products on this scale. As a result, many of the stringent standards that apply in the industry today are borne out of the efforts and considerable expertise of this department.
